Our first Designer Sidewalk Sale!

Designer-Sale 640Interior of Gilchrist and some of the items we will have for sale

I have teamed up with my friends and fellow interior designers Stuart Gilchrist and Matthew MacCaul Turner to do our first ever Designer Sidewalk Sale at Stuart’s shop Gilchrist tomorrow.  We have gone through our extensive inventories and dug up some amazing vintage treasures, unique pieces of art, and a lot of gorgeous fabrics.  The latter will be sold at major bargains.  Ahead is a busy day of schlepping, polishing, and organizing, and by tomorrow morning you will see Stuart’s storefront magically transformed with:

  • Vintage Lighting
  • Art
  • One of a Kind & Vintage Accessories
  • Gorgeous Carved Art Frames
  • Unique Table Top
  • Vintage Furniture
  • Blow-out Sale of Designer Fabrics at Rock Bottom $

So please stop by at 864 Post Street, between Hyde and Leavenworth, tomorrow, Sunday January 26th between 10:00am and 5:00pm.  Hoping to see you there!

Cheers,

SF20/21, San Francisco’s preeminent 20th and 21st century art and design show, may be gone; but  don’t despair as it has been replaced by FOG Design + Art fair.  Many of the players, sponsors and exhibitors are returning to what I am sure will be the highlight of the beginning of 2014.

The not to be missed show will run from January 17th through January 19th at the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion and will feature over 40 prominent twentieth-century and contemporary design dealers and modern art galleries from the Bay Area and across the country.  It will also include lectures and interactive discussions with leaders from the worlds of art and design.  Among them will be London-based architect Ron Arad, interior designer and FOG steering committee member Douglas Durkin, and hot young galerist Jessica Silverman

21POP, the  pop up atelier conceived and curated by Stanlee Gatti, returns exploring design and culinary art this year.
